Well, my quarter acre (32+ perches – and I don’t mean for birds) was never part of that sale. And the weather is never ordinary.
That sounds like one of those disgruntled Aussies of whom a former NZ Prime Minister once said that when they leave this country to go back home, the average IQ of both countries is raised. Yes, not very nice really, but well deserved when such an Aussie wants to sell my beautiful country right under my nose.
